Totalt gikk 31 selskaper i detaljhandelen konkurs i oktober, mot fjorårets 39. Agentur- og engroshandelen derimot opplevde en økning på 7 prosent.
Av disse var tre selskaper rene nettbutikker, men også Iceland Mat AS har fått en plass på lista ettersom selskapet også drev nettbutikken Icelandmat.no. Merk at omsetningen oppgitt i listen nedenfor er Iceland Mats totale omsetning, inkludert den éne gjenværende butikken på St. Hanshaugen i Oslo.
